You'll lead with value, build trust, and walk prospective clients through a clear and thoughtful sales process that ends in long-term partnerships.</p><ul><li>Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed engagement</li><li>Identify and qualify leads through&nbsp;<strong>email, LinkedIn, social media, industry events, and referrals</strong></li><li>Host discovery calls to understand each builder's challenges and needs</li><li>Prepare proposals for our&nbsp;<strong>$20,000+ cleanup engagements</strong>&nbsp;and ongoing monthly services</li><li>Collaborate with the CEO to refine messaging, ideal client criteria, and sales strategy</li><li>Ensure smooth handoffs to the client onboarding and service teams</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li><strong>Experience in construction or homebuilding is required</strong>&nbsp;(you speak the language and understand the business)</li><li><strong>2+ years in B2B sales</strong>, preferably in SaaS, accounting, or construction-related services</li><li>Clear, professional communication in written and spoken English</li><li>A relationship-first approach to sales: you listen, build trust, and follow through</li><li>Familiarity with tools like&nbsp;<strong>Google Workspace, Gmail, LinkedIn, ClickUp, and Google Meet</strong></li><li>Self-driven and reliableespecially in a remote setting</li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><p>We offer a tiered, performance-based compensation plan that rewards results and long-term impact.</p><h4>Compensation Structure</h4><ul><li><strong>Base Stipend:</strong>&nbsp;$2,000$3,500/month depending on experience and time commitment&nbsp;<em>(optional; pure commission roles also available)</em></li><li><strong>Commission:</strong>&nbsp;Tiered and uncapped.
