We're looking for a savvy, self-starting Sales Development Representative (SDR) with construction knowledge and strong people skills to drive new business and help us scale.


Your Mission

Your primary goal is to close highly profitable deals with residential home builders.

You'll own the top of the sales funnel and see deals through to the finish line including:

  • Generating and qualifying leads (both inbound and outbound)
  • Booking and hosting discovery calls
  • Drafting proposals based on scope and pricing models
  • Using your construction industry knowledge to build rapport and identify pain points
  • Aligning your outreach with our values, content, and strategic vision


What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed engagement letter
  • Prospect creatively: email, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, industry events, referrals
  • Follow up on leads generated through social media and partnerships (e.g., JobTread, NAHB)
  • Prepare quotes that include our $20,000+ kickstart cleanup engagements and ongoing monthly support
  • Work closely with the CEO to refine positioning, messaging, and lead criteria
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth handoffs after closing


What You'll Need

  • Experience in construction or home building (non-negotiable, you speak the language)
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, accounting, or construction services
  • Ability to build trust with small business owners and tailor your pitch
  • Confidence using tools like Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Meet, ClickUp, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to write professional emails, LinkedIn messages, and proposals
  • Self-motivation and ownership. You'll be building this from the ground up
