Role Overview: Appointment Setter
We are seeking an International Appointment Setter to conduct outbound outreach to prospective U.S.-based clients and schedule qualified discovery calls for our sales team. This role requires excellent spoken English, strong organization, and the ability to work consistently within U.S. business hours.
This is not a high-pressure sales role -- it is about professionalism, clarity, and qualifying the right prospects.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups to U.S.-based prospects
- Qualify leads using predefined criteria and scripts
- Clearly explain MyBuilderCPA's services and value proposition
- Schedule appointments accurately and confirm attendance
- Log call outcomes and notes in the CRM
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence with prospects
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
- Communicate proactively with the internal team
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, call centers, or outbound sales
- Fluent spoken English with a neutral or easily understandable accent
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication style
- Highly organized and dependable in a remote work environment
- Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and scheduling tools
- Ability to work aligned with U.S. time zones
